Terms and Conditions
1. New Products & Installations (SecuriConsult)
All new products supplied and installed by SecuriConsult carry a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase or installation.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and workmanship-related issues under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, tampering, incorrect installation by third parties, power surges, lightning, or environmental factors.
Repairs or replacements under warranty will be done at SecuriConsult’s discretion.
2. Used / Pre-Owned Products (Clik Store)
All used goods are sold voetstoets and may show signs of normal wear.
Every item is professionally bench-tested and cleaned before sale and is guaranteed to be in working condition at the time of dispatch.
A 7-day return period applies only if the item is faulty or not working straight out of the box.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incompatibility, or cosmetic condition.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories included.
3. Returns & Inspections
Proof of purchase is required for all returns, repairs, or warranty claims.
All returned items will be inspected and tested before a refund, repair, or replacement is approved.
If no fault is found, the item will be returned to the customer at their cost.
4. General
Installation services are excluded from used goods warranties unless explicitly stated.
Clik Store and SecuriConsult reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
